  • Are there any states where you do not offer financing solutions? Springleaf Financial Services offers financing solutions in all states except Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island and Vermont.
  • What are my options for application submission and processing? Applications can be submitted and processed via the Internet, phone, fax, VeriFone Terminal, GERS Credit Connect or STORIS.
  • Can my customers apply online for financing? Yes. Your customers may apply from the convenience of their homes by using our Internet Application Processing System (IAPS), which you can make available to them by placing a link on your website.  Contact your local branch for more information.
  • Is there a minimum or maximum sales volume? There is no minimum or maximum sales volume required. However, your level of sales volume will help determine what financing program is best for your business.
  • Do you offer a variety of special promotions to meet the needs of my customers? Springleaf Financial Services offers a wide array of promotional terms, including same-as-cash with minimum payments, same-as-cash with deferred payments, deferred finance charges with equal payments and reduced annual percentage rates.
  • I currently finance in-house. Can you purchase my account receivables? Yes. We have a department that specializes in the purchasing of account receivables of all sizes.
  • Do you provide marketing solutions to help increase business? Yes. We provide a variety of marketing solutions to help you increase sales and we can customize any of our marketing plans to meet your needs.
  • Do you provide Point-of-Sale Materials?  Yes.  Contact your local Springleaf Financial Services branch and they will be glad to provide you with hang tags, window decals and posters so that your customers know that you offer financing.
  • What options are available for funding contracts? Contracts are funded at a local Springleaf Financial Services branch with you receiving payment either by check or via an ACH deposit into your bank account.
  • Are there any monthly or annual fees involved? No monthly or annual fees are charged to our dealers.
  • How long does it take to get setup as a dealer with Springleaf Financial Services? On average, it takes approximately 10 business days to complete the application process.
  • Is there any recourse after you purchase the contract? Our operating agreements are created without credit recourse.
  • How and where do my customers make their payments? Your customers can make their payments online, by mail or at one of our convenient Springleaf Financial Services branch locations
