For Springleaf Financial Services to better understand your current financial situation, the following items should be provided in order to be considered for any of the solutions provided below: most recent W-2, pay stubs, tax return document(s), and bank statements.

Here are some of the solutions that may be available to help you keep your home.

Repayment Plan

This option will allow you to repay part of the delinquency each month along with your current monthly payments.

Cure Agreement

If you have the ability to make your current payment, but due to a temporary problem that is now resolved, you are unable to pay any additional portion of the past due payments, a Cure Agreement may be considered.

Loan Modification

This is a restructuring of one or more of the terms of your loan that will allow you to make reasonable monthly payments without paying arrearages. This includes, in some cases, modifying the terms of your Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) or Fixed Rate Mortgage.

Even if your situation prevents you from making further payments, you still have options available. Please contact your local branch office so that you can decide which option is best for you.
