Reporting Financial Accounting or Auditing Concerns

To notify Springleaf Finance Corporation's Audit Committee of any concerns regarding Springleaf's accounting practices, internal controls, financial statements or auditing matters you may submit your concern as described below. You may report your concerns anonymously; however, the Audit Committee encourages you to provide your name and contact information so that it may contact you directly during an investigation and respond to your concern.

In order to guarantee confidentiality, Springleaf utilizes Global Compliance, an independent, third-party service provider of comprehensive ethics and compliance solutions, to accept and process anonymous and confidential submissions. You can submit a financial accounting or auditing concern directly to Global Compliance via phone or web link. You can choose to remain anonymous or provide contact information. Global Compliance will then forward the concern to Springleaf for review and action. No personal identifying information will be sent to Springleaf without your permission.
