Springleaf Financial Services branch offices are located in most cities and communities throughout the country, usually in high-visibility areas such as shopping centers. Our average branch staff consists of a branch manager and two to three additional employees.
As a company that is known for a personal touch, we encourage our employees to develop close, professional working relationships with customers and to greet them by name. Because customer loans are finalized in person at our branch offices, customers often stop in to make payments and to talk with us individually about their financial needs. Cultivating an atmosphere in which customers feel comfortable with their Springleaf Financial Services representative is one of our most important priorities as a company.
Our Headquarters is located in Evansville, IN, along the banks of the Ohio River. Here at Headquarters we provide all the support functions to maintain our 1,000+ branch network. All the Information Technology functions are located here along with Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Legal, Human Resources, General Services and Risk Management. Springleaf Financial Services employs more than 1,200 employees in the local area, making us one of the bigger employers in town.
